Answer the questionnaire and click <button>Answer<\/button>.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/student_en\/data\/5-4_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"362\" \/><\/p>\n<dl class=\"memo\">\n<dt>Memo<\/dt>\n<dd>When answering the questionnaire, you can set the [Send confirmation of receipt?] and [Sending comment] options. If you select [Submit] for [Send confirmation of receipt?], you can receive e-mail confirming that your answer to the questionnaire has been accepted appropriately.<br \/>\nIf you select [Submit] for [Sending comment], you can receive e-mail informing that there is a comment on your answer.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"reference\">\n<dt>Reference<\/dt>\n<dd>&quot;<a href=\"\/student_en\/course_navi\/?p=146\">09-01. After the Period, you cannot answer the questionnaire. Be careful.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/student_en\/data\/5-4_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"146\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Period is determined by the teacher. Each teacher sets questionnaires in his or her own way. <\/li>\n<li>Teachers can get the record of each student\u2019s use of individual contents. Some teachers may take the answer record into consideration when they give a grade (except for an anonymous reply).<\/li>\n<li>Some teachers may disclose the result of tallying. <\/li>\n<li>Some teachers may accept anonymous replies.<br \/>\nIn that case, the mark shown below is displayed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/student_en\/data\/5-4_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"76\" height=\"30\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When this mark is displayed, the teacher who prepared the questionnaire will not know who answered it.
