To attach a report file, click<button>\u53c2\u7167 (Browse)<\/button>.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/student_en\/data\/5-6_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"362\" \/><\/p>\n<dl class=\"reference\">\n<dt>Reference<\/dt>\n<dd>About the items in the window \u21d2<a href=\"#a01\">Items in the Submitting Report Compose window<\/a><\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/li>\n<li>The \u30d5\u30a1\u30a4\u30eb\u306e\u9078\u629e (File Selection) dialog box appears.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/student_en\/data\/5-6_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"234\" \/><br \/>\nCheck the file to be attached and, if there is nothing to change, click<button>Submit<\/button>.<\/li>\n<li>The confirmation window appears.<br \/>\nIf there is nothing to change, click<button>OK<\/button>.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/student_en\/data\/5-6_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"362\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Your report is submitted, and [Submit Date] is displayed in the report window.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/student_en\/data\/5-6_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"362\" \/><\/p>\n<dl class=\"memo\">\n<dt>Memo<\/dt>\n<dd>To submit a report, you need to click<button>OK<\/button> in the confirmation window. After submitting a report, make sure that Submit Date is displayed in the report window.<br \/>\nYou cannot submit a report just by saving it temporarily. Do not forget to check that Submit Date is displayed in the report window.<\/dd>\n<dd>The report submission method differs for each teacher. The window size can be changed.<br \/>\n(5) You can use the equation editor &#8220;BrEdiMa.&#8221;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>Attach file<\/th>\n<td>Specify a file to be attached to your report, if any.<\/td>\n<td>Click<button>\u53c2\u7167(Browse)<\/button> and specify the file to be attached. Reception of e-mail<\/a>&#8220;<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<h3>Notes on submitting a report<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Avoid submitting a report just before the deadline.<\/li>\n<li>Check the Period of submission before you submit a report. After the Period of submission, you cannot submit a report. Be careful.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/student_en\/data\/5-6_13.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"98\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Period of submission is determined by the teacher. Ask the teacher if you want to submit a report before or after the Submission period. Each teacher has different reporting settings.<\/li>\n<li>Some teachers may disclose submitted reports to the other students of the same course.<\/li>\n<li>Some teachers may disclose the grade.<\/li>\n<li>Some teachers may make a comment.<\/li>\n<li>Reports may or may not be resubmitted or saved temporarily, depending on the settings by the teacher.<\/li>\n<li>Some teachers may disclose the grade. In the case where the grade is disclosed, &#8220;Notify when grades are opened&#8221; is automatically sent when the grade period disclosure is reached, if so set in the Settings windows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"a02\">If report submission fails<\/h3>\n<p>When the following error messsage [Report registrationdata failed in linkage]is displayed if there is a possibilitythat submitted report corresponds to the following.<br \/>\nIf there is something that corresponds with it pleasse correctit and resubmit it.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Setences within 20 words in English<\/li>\n<li>Sentences within 70 characters in Japanese<\/li>\n<li>Character with blank space between sentence <\/li>\n<li>Number of pages that exceeds 400 pages<\/li>\n<li>Those that exceed 2MB by text<\/li>\n<li>Those that output the other than following files (doc, docx,pdf) by specifying external link or path<\/li>\n<li>Those which passwords are set when opening a file<\/li>\n<li>The content of the attached file encrypted<\/li>\n<li>Those such as handwritten reports and printed material read by a scanner into PDF conversion<\/li>\n<li>Text containing characters and special character code that can not be handled by the external system side<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Also, it may not be able to submit a report in following cases too.<br \/>\nIf this correspond case, please correct and submit again.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vertical writing<\/li>\n<li>Character information is not included.(It looks like characters, but in fact it is being saved as an image, and so on.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<dl class=\"reference\">\n<dt>Reference<\/dt>\n<dd>&#8220;<a href=\"\/student_en\/course_navi\/?p=16\">03-01-01.
