To add and extracurricular activity, click the \u201cadd new activity\u201d.<\/p>\n

If click the \u201cAdd new activity\u201d button, and the below editing screen will be appeared.<\/p>\n

Activity name:<\/p>\n

enter the activity name in Japanese.<\/p>\n

Activity name(English):<\/p>\n

Enter the activity name in English.<\/p>\n

Category name:<\/p>\n

Select the category of the activity from the pull-down list.
\nPlease refer the category list in Fig.E2-6-2-3.<\/p>\n

Role:<\/p>\n

Enter the position in the activity.<\/p>\n

Start date:<\/p>\n

Set the date when you start the activity.<\/p>\n

End date:<\/p>\n

If you have finished the activity, check \u201cSet date: End date\u201d and you can set the end date.<\/p>\n

When you are done editing, click the \u201cSave\u201d button to register a new activity.
\nAfter registration, you will be taken to the \u201cHistory activity detail\u201d screen.<\/p>\n

Click the \u201cEdit\u201d button to go to the previous editing screen and edit the contents.
\nClick the \u201cDelete\u201d button if you want to delete everything including comments and attachments.<\/p>\n

To add a comment, enter text in the “Comment” field under “Add Comment and Attachment”.
\nYou can also add it as an attachment.
\nAfter updating, click the “Add” button and it will be added to the comment field.<\/p>\n
