A note is like a notepad within a page, and can be used like a free book, since it can contain files as well as text.<\/p>\n

You can use a note when you want to use it as a small memo or a note on your portfolio that is not part of your journal or plan.<\/p>\n

Click on Contents-Notes to see them.<\/p>\n

Click the pencil button to the right of the note to edit the note’s content.
\nClick the trash button to delete the note.<\/p>\n

Note Title:<\/p>\n

The title of this note.<\/p>\n

Block Title:<\/p>\n

This is the title that will be displayed in the block on the portfolio.<\/p>\n

Included Location:<\/p>\n

Click to display the portfolio page that contains this note.<\/p>\n

Clip icon:<\/p>\n

Shows the number of files attached to this note.<\/p>\n

Click the pencil button on the note to open the note editing screen.<\/p>\n

Enter the contents of the note.<\/p>\n

If you want to set a search term, enter it here.<\/p>\n

If you want to add a file, click the “Add a file” button.<\/p>\n

Clicking on it will take you to the upload screen.<\/p>\n

To upload a new file, use the “\u30d5\u30a1\u30a4\u30eb\u9078\u629e” button to select a file, or drag and drop a file.<\/p>\n

You can also select a file from the folder under Home, which contains files you have uploaded in the past.<\/p>\n

In this case, click the check button at the right of the file to add it.<\/p>\n

Allow comments:<\/p>\n

Select Yes if you want to allow comments from other users.<\/p>\n

When you are done with the settings, click the “Save” button to update the settings.<\/p>\n
