2. Office operations during the Campus access restriction period
During the campus access restriction period, no in-person administrative services will be provided at the School/Graduate School Office, Student Reading Room, and related facilities on each campus.
Therefore, please follow the steps below to complete the necessary procedures.

3. Temporary office (Interim Advisory Center: Rinji Jimusho)
During the campus access restriction period on Waseda Campus, a temporary office, the Interim Advisory Center (Rinji Jimusho), will be opened at the Okuma Garden Hall (1st floor, Building No. 25, Okuma Garden House). If you need to complete a procedure in person during the campus access restriction period on Waseda Campus, please check the following information and make an appointment before your visit.

- ●The Interim Advisory Center will be operated by the Waseda Portal Office [7]. Since the Interim Advisory Center provides limited services, please try to complete all necessary administrative procedures before the campus access restriction period.
●Please try to avoid visiting the Interim Advisory Center on the days of the entrance examinations of your school, as the available services will be very limited. Please check here [8] for the entrance examination schedule of each faculty (Japanese only).
●The Interim Advisory Center will provide the administrative services of only some schools and graduate schools. Please refer to the above “Administrative Procedures at the Offices of the Schools and Graduate Schools during the Campus Access Restriction Period”.
