When registering for a course that requires Audit\/course enrollment fees, it is necessary to make a payment within the specified period.<\/p>\n

Payments before or after the specified period and refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances. Non-payment will result in exclusion from the course and may lead to a drop in your priority ranking if selected for enrollment by lottery next time you register for courses.<\/p>\n

Courses that require payment of Audit\/Course Enrollment Fees<\/h2>\n

Please refer to “Course Registration Guide” for which courses you have to pay the Audit\/Course Enrollment Fees and the amount.
\nIf you are required to pay Audit\/Course Enrollment Fees, you will see “Fee” in the remarks column of the course search screen of Web Course Registration System.
\n*In the case of courses that are Automatically Registered, the Audit\/Course Enrollment Fees is included in the tuition, so you do not need to pay it separately. <\/small>.<\/p>\n

Payment methods<\/h2>\n

After registering for the course, please complete the payment through the following steps 1) to 3).<\/p>\n

1) Check the payment information email.<\/h3>\n
A payment information email will be sent to your Waseda Mail address on the first day of the payment period.<\/span><\/div>\n
Necessary information for the payment will be stated in this email, so please make sure to check it<\/div>\n\n\n\n

2) Selection and confirmation of payment method<\/h3>\n

The payment method can be selected from the following three options.
\nPlease click the URL of the payment method selection screen provided in the main text of the email and select a payment method.
\nPlease note that you cannot change the payment method once confirmed.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

3) Confirmation of payment procedure\/payment completion<\/h3>\n

After confirming the payment method, a payment procedure information email will be sent to your Waseda Mail address. Please follow the procedure to complete the payment before the specified deadline.<\/p>\n

*Instead of a payment procedure information email, a payment completion email will be sent to those who selected \u201ccredit card transaction\u201d since once it is confirmed, transaction is completed.<\/small><\/p>\n
