Only notices can be created in the information folder.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<p>The following explains how to create a notice.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the My Courses window, double-click the course of which notice you want to create. \n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/4-1_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>The Lectures window appears. <br \/>\nClick the \u304a\u77e5\u3089\u305b (Information) folder.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/4-1_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"364\" \/><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>From the operation list box, select [Information ArticleMake] and click <button>Go<\/button>. \n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/4-1_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"364\" \/><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Enter the [Title] and necessary information, and click <button>Submit<\/button>.\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/4-1_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"556\" \/><\/p>\n<dl class=\"memo\">\n<dt>Memo<\/dt>\n<dd>By default, a notice is sent to &quot;everyone except management.&quot; To distribute notice e-mail to management as well, include &quot;management (department office staff in charge of Course N@vi)&quot; by using <button>Edit notification recipient<\/button>when submitting the notice.<br \/>\nOr, change the default setting in Edit course settings.<br \/>\n&quot;<a href=\"\/teacher_en\/course_navi\/?p=15\">03-01-04. How to read the Lectures window<\/a>&quot;<\/dd>\n<dt>Memo<\/dt>\n<dd>If you want to contact students by e-mail, check [Yes] for [Notice e-mail distribution]. If you want to attach more than one file, click <button>Add<\/button>and specify another file.<br \/>\n* A file cannot be attached to e-mail.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Period of display<\/td>\n<td>Period when the notice is displayed<\/td>\n<td>The default value is the period from the current day until the last day of the display period of the course. Change the period as needed.<\/p>\n<dl class=\"memo\">\n<dt>Memo<\/dt>\n<dd>You can use the calendar that by clicking the calendar icon<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/4-1_12.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"24\" height=\"25\" \/> .<br \/>\nIf you specify the start date, you can adjust the date and time when e-mail is to be sent. (Note that there may be a slight time lag.)<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Notice e-mail distribution<\/td>\n<td>Manner of giving notice by e-mail<\/td>\n<td>If you check [Notify emergency contact], the e-mail notice is sent to [MailAddress2] (e-mail address on their mobile phone, etc.) that individual students registered in their profile as well as the Waseda-net e-mail address.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Display or non display to a list<\/td>\n<td>Specify whether to show or hide the folder in student mode<\/td>\n<td>If you do not want students to see the notice yet for some reason like preparation, uncheck [Display or non display to a list], and the notice is temporarily hidden (shown in teacher mode). When you decide to show it, check [Display or non display to a list].<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>E-mail sender<\/td>\n<td>Specify the address of the notice e-mail sender.<\/td>\n<td>You can select either Personal E-mail address or Specified E-mail address.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Notification recipient<\/td>\n<td>Set the people who are informed of the notice.<\/td>\n<td>\u3010Setting procedure\u3011<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click <button>Edit notification recipient<\/button>.<\/li>\n<li>Click a tab of receivers and set the receivers.<br \/>\n[Condition specification]: You can set All or Group position specification.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/4-1_13.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"231\" \/><\/p>\n<p>[Personal specification]: Specify individuals to be informed.
