You can also check the reference history.<\/p>\n<h3>Correcting information and checking the reference history<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>In the list of notices, click the title of the notice of which information you want to correct.\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/4-2_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"364\" \/><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>The information of the notice is displayed.\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/4-2_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"364\" \/><\/p>\n<p>(1) Click <button>Edit content<\/button>to edit the notice. Edit the notice in the same way you create it.<br \/>\nClicking the <button>Copy<\/button>button at the bottom of the window allows you to post a previous notice again.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/4-2_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"234\" height=\"45\" \/><\/p>\n<dl class=\"memo\">\n<dt>Memo<\/dt>\n<dd>The system automatically adds \u3010Copy\u3011 to the title of the copied notice. Also, because the system regards the notice as being posted when it is submitted, its display start date is changed to the present date.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/4-2_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"96\" \/><\/p>\n<p>(2) Click <button>Reference history<\/button>to check the history of accesses made to this notice. <br \/>\nThis allows you to check whether students have accessed the notice.<br \/>\nBy clicking the [Details] link, you can check when and how (by e-mail or Web) students accessed the notice.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/4-2_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"364\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/4-2_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"126\" \/><\/p>\n<dl class=\"memo\">\n<dt>Memo<\/dt>\n<dd>E-mail access method for students<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/4-2_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"153\" \/><\/p>\n<p>An e-mail message like the one shown above is sent to students.<br \/>\nIn principle, the e-mail does not include any image or file attachment.
