Select the attendance status, such as Present or Absent, and click<button>Update<\/button>button to update the attendance record.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/5-1-3_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"364\" \/><\/li>\n<li>You can update the attendance records of all member students at once by choosing Select all, selecting an attendance status from the operation list box, and then clicking<button>Go<\/button>.(You can select &#8220;Change to underegistered,&#8221; &#8220;Change to present,&#8221; &#8220;Change to late,&#8221; &#8220;Change to dismissed early,&#8221; &#8220;Change to absent,&#8221; or &#8220;Change to other.&#8221;\uff09\n<dl class=\"memo\">\n<dt>Memo<\/dt>\n<dd>If you select &#8220;Other,&#8221; the attendance status is regarded as Present.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/5-1-3_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"364\" \/><\/li>\n<li>You can check the attendance record of an individual student on a lecture-by-lecture basis. To check the attendance record of an individual student for the entire course, click the [Attendance record] link.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/5-1-3_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"364\" \/><\/li>\n<li>The attendance record of the student for the entire course is displayed.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/5-1-3_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"364\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Registering the attendance statuses using the download and upload functions<\/h3>\n<p>Using the CSV download and upload functions, you can register all the attendance statuses at once.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the students whose attendance statuses you want to register, select CSV Download, and then click the<button>Go<\/button>button. Here, [Select all unregistered] is selected.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/5-1-3_10.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"364\" \/><\/li>\n<li>After reading the caution, click the<button>Download<\/button>button.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/5-1-3_11.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"181\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Open the downloaded file.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/5-1-3_12.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"403\" height=\"353\" \/><\/li>\n<li>In every Attendance field, &#8220;0&#8221; is entered. This means &#8220;unregistered.&#8221; Enter the attendance status in this field.<br \/>\nThe attendance statuses are as follows. Enter the number corresponding to the attendance status.<br \/>\n0: Unregistered<br \/>\n1: Present<br \/>\n2: Late<br \/>\n3: Dismissed early<br \/>\n9: Absent<br \/>\n8: Other<\/p>\n<dl class=\"memo\">\n<dt>Memo<\/dt>\n<dd>Do not change the titles of the items in the top row. Otherwise, the file cannot be uploaded appropriately.<\/dd>\n<dd>To use your own Excel file, copy and paste your Excel file data to the downloaded CSV file.<\/dd>\n<dd>If you select &#8220;Other,&#8221; the attendance status is regarded as Present.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/5-1-3_13.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"401\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Upload the CSV file in which you have entered necessary data.
