Managing the review sheet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"japanese\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wnpspt.waseda.jp\/teacher\/course_navi\/010105\/010105_01\/?p=127\" target=\"_blank\">\u65e5\u672c\u8a9e\u7248\uff08Japanese\uff09<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Lecture Evaluation (review sheet) is used by students to enter feedback on lectures or the level of understanding as well as by teachers to view such feedback and enter comments.<\/p>\n<h3>Using the Lecture Evaluation<\/h3>\n<p>To use the Lecture Evaluation you need to set &#8220;Yes&#8221; for the &#8220;Use Lecture Evaluation?&#8221; option when creating a lecture folder.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the My Courses window, double-click the course for which you want to use the review sheet.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/5-1-4_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"360\" \/><\/li>\n<li>[Lecture] window will displayed.<br \/>\nChoose [Create] then from the [Operation menu] choose [A single Lecture]\u00a0 and click<button>Go<\/button>.<br \/>\nHere, the procedure is explained by using [A single Lecture]. Otherwise, the file cannot be uploaded appropriately.<\/dd>\n<dd>You can only fill in empty fields but not the other way round.(To make any filled field empty, use &#8220;Delete (Back to no registration)&#8221; in the operation menu in teacher mode.)<br \/>\nIf you enter data in any of the Grade, Review, Level of understanding, and Feedback fields, all these fields including empty fields are regarded as filled fields and updated as such.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"attention\">\n<dt>Note<\/dt>\n<dd>In &#8220;Grade,&#8221; enter grades using single-byte characters.<br \/>\n* If double-byte characters are used, they are shown in double-byte form in the CSV file while they are forcibly converted to single-byte characters when the file is uploaded and reloaded.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"memo\">\n<dt>Memo<\/dt>\n<dd>To use your own Excel file, copy and paste your Excel file data to the downloaded CSV file.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/li>\n<li>Upload the CSV file in which you have entered necessary data.
