Checking the submission status<\/h3>\n

When a student submits a report, the Submitted Report window displays the report submission status (the submission and grading statuses of each student).<\/p>\n

Title of the report (1)<\/td>\nTitle of the report<\/td>\nClicking the report title displays the window for editing the report where you can edit its contents.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Submission period (2)<\/td>\nPeriod during which the students can submit reports<\/td>\n <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Display selection tabs (3)<\/td>\nSwitch between the windows.<\/td>\nSwitch between the "Submitted Report" and "Refer" windows.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Submitted report (4)<\/td>\nReport submitted by a student<\/td>\nClicking the report title enables [Grade Update], [Edit], and [Comments].<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Student (5)<\/td>\nStudent’s information<\/td>\nClicking the student name displays the information on the student.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Submit Date (6)<\/td>\nThe date on which the student submitted the report is displayed.<\/td>\nThe item is displayed in a different color, depending on the submission status.
\nBlack: Submitted by proxy
\nRed: Temporarily saved (report not officially submitted)
\nBlue: Submitted<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Comments (7)<\/td>\nWhen comments are allowed, enter comments if any.<\/td>\nClicking Comments displays the Contents return window.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Grading status (8)<\/td>\nIndication of whether the report has been graded or not<\/td>\n Reports for which Not yet is displayed need to be graded.<\/p>\n

In the Submitted Report window, you can perform the following operations from the operation list box:<\/p>\n

Reload <\/td>\nNot used.<\/td>\nSince you create or change a comment in a separate window, you cannot get the content of the comment reflected, unless you select [Reload] and click
Submit report<\/td>\nCheck each target student.<\/td>\nYou can set an unsubmitted report to the submitted status.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Delete<\/td>\nCheck each target student.<\/td>\nThe submitted report is deleted. The student can submit a report again.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Download file<\/td>\nIf you do not check any of the checkboxes, all students will be selected. If you check particular students, you can download the data only for those students.<\/td>\nThe data of the students who have submitted reports is downloaded. If you select the data of students who have not submitted reports, the data will not be downloaded.<\/p>\n

CSV Download<\/td>\nIf you do not check any of the checkboxes, all students will be selected. If you check particular students, you can download the data only for those students.<\/td>\nThe data of the students is downloaded. The data of the students who have not submitted reports is also downloaded.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
CSV Upload<\/td>\nNot used.<\/td>\nBy uploading CSV data, you can grade multiple reports at once.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Individual disclosure<\/td>\nCheck each target student.<\/td>\nYou can disclose a submitted report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Announcement cancellation<\/td>\nCheck each target student.<\/td>\nYou can cancel the disclosure of a report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
E-mail transmission<\/td>\nIf you do not check any of the checkboxes, all students will be selected.
