With Course N@vi, TAs and guests can be registered as well as teachers and students. Before registering a TA or guest, the teacher in charge need to apply for registration.
\nNote that, with the establishment of the Teaching Assistant Rules (Convention No. 08-17, August 4, 2008), each authority function is required to be exercised more strictly, beginning in fiscal 2009.<\/p>\n

\nFor a detailed registration procedure, see the registration form.
\nWhen all necessary documents are submitted, the registration will be done and you will be notified within three days (excluding holidays).<\/p>\n

If you need to register a TA or guest urgently, send e-mail to the address shown below with the necessary information on the person you wish to register.
\nIn that case, you may submit the registration form and agreement at a later date.
\n Please be advised that, if either all necessary documents are not prepared or whether the person you wish to register is duly qualified cannot be confirmed within one month, the registration may be cancelled.<\/strong>
