Copying a lecture folder"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"japanese\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wnpspt.waseda.jp\/teacher\/course_navi\/010105\/010105_02\/?p=108\" target=\"_blank\">\u65e5\u672c\u8a9e\u7248\uff08Japanese\uff09<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Completed lecture folders can be copied and used for the same or different subject.<\/p>\n<dl>\n<dt>memo<\/dt>\n<dd>The contents can be copied as well if they are created in the lecture folders.\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<ol>\n<li>In My Courses window, double click the lecture folder you wish to copy.\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/05-02-04_01.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li> Check the lecture folder you wish to copy.  Choose \uff3bCopy\uff3dfrom operation list box and click <button>Go<\/button>\n<dl>\n<dt>memo<\/dt>\n<dd>Information Box cannot be copied.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/05-02-04_02.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Folder contents for copy will be displayed.  Confirm the subject and the standard date. After confirmation, click <button>Specification at copy destination<\/button>.\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/05-02-04_03.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"286\" \/><\/p>\n<dl>\n<dt>memo<\/dt>\n<dd>If you change the standard date when you specify the copy destination, you can create copy destination contents at the same time as the copy origin.  The date can be chosen from the calendar by clicking the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher\/data\/ic_calendar.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/>  icon.\n<\/dd>\n<dd>By clicking the calendar icon with a clock<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher\/data\/05-01-05_04.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"28\" height=\"24\" \/>, the time and date will be set as present.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/05-02-04_04.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"511\" height=\"393\" \/><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Check the subject of the copy destination and click <button>Next<\/button>\n<dl>\n<dt>memo<\/dt>\n<dd>If you set the copy destination on [Standard Date], the contents of next semester can be created.  The dates can chosen from the calendar by clicking the<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher\/data\/ic_calendar.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/>   icon.<\/dd>\n<dd>By clicking the calendar icon with a clock<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher\/data\/05-01-05_04.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"28\" height=\"24\" \/>, the time and date will be set as present.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/05-02-04_07.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"229\" \/><\/p>\n<dl>\n<dt>memo<\/dt>\n<dd>Past subjects are displayed in sepia.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/li>\n<li>The copied materials will be displayed.
