Therefore, you cannot use this option when you specify that students are to be listed by submission date, because no submission date exists for those who have not submitted a report.<br \/>\nIf you do not check [Submitting is not considered], students who have not submitted a report are listed after those who already have. You can specify that students are to be listed by submission date.
