Marking a report"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"japanese\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wnpspt.waseda.jp\/teacher\/course_navi\/010116\/?p=1065\" target=\"_blank\">\u65e5\u672c\u8a9e\u7248\uff08Japanese\uff09<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The following explains how to mark a report submitted by a student.<\/p>\n<h3>Marking reports (individually)<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>In the Submitted Report window, click the report title of the student you want to mark.\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/6-5-3_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"364\" \/><\/p>\n<dl class=\"memo\">\n<dt>Memo<\/dt>\n<dd>Clicking the attached file allows you to download the attached report.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/li>\n<li>The report submission window appears. Enter the points and click <button>Grad Update<\/button>.\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/6-5-3_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"364\" \/><\/p>\n<dl class=\"memo\">\n<dt>Memo<\/dt>\n<dd>Clicking the [Back] or [Next] link allows you to mark the reports of other students. Clicking <button>Close<\/button>displays the Submitted Report window.<\/dd>\n<dd>Clicking the attached file allows you to download the attached report.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/li>\n<li>The report submission window appears. Select [Reload] from the operation list box, and click <button>Go<\/button>.\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/6-5-3_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"364\" \/><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>The grades are updated on the Submitted Report window.\n<dl class=\"memo\">\n<dt>Memo<\/dt>\n<dd>You can also change points by using the same procedure.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Marking reports (collectively)<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Enter the points in &quot;Grade&quot; and click <button>Update<\/button>.\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/6-5-3_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"364\" \/><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click <button>OK<\/button>, and the grade is updated.\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/6-5-3_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"382\" height=\"114\" \/><\/p>\n<dl class=\"memo\">\n<dt>Memo<\/dt>\n<dd>You can also change points by using the same procedure.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Registering grades using the download and upload functions<\/h3>\n<p>Using the CSV download and upload functions, you can register multiple grades at once.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the students whose grades you want to register, select [CSV Download], and then click the <button>Go<\/button>button. \n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/6-5-3_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"364\" \/><\/p>\n<dl class=\"memo\">\n<dt>Memo<\/dt>\n<dd>If you do not check any of the checkboxes, all students will be selected.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/li>\n<li>After reading the caution, click the <button>Download<\/button>button.\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/6-5-3_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"232\" \/><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Open the downloaded file. Enter values in [Point], [Submitted], and [Submit Date]. <br \/>\nAs the value to be entered in Submitted, use one of the following numbers:<br \/>\n0: Temporary preservation<br \/>\n1: Submitting over<br \/>\n2: Submitting after time limit<br \/>\n3: Return<br \/>\n4: Re-submitting<br \/>\n9 or empty: Unsubmitting<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/6-5-3_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"140\" \/><\/p>\n<dl class=\"memo\">\n<dt>Memo<\/dt>\n<dd>Do not change the titles of the items, management keys, or study numbers. Otherwise, the file cannot be uploaded appropriately.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"attention\">\n<dt>Note<\/dt>\n<dd>Enter scores using single-byte characters.<br \/>\n* If double-byte characters are used, they are shown in double-byte form in the CSV file while they are forcibly converted to single-byte characters when the file is uploaded and reloaded.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"memo\">\n<dt>Memo<\/dt>\n<dd>To use your own Excel file, copy and paste your Excel file data to the downloaded CSV file.<\/dd>\n<dd>\n<ul>\n<li>You can change the status only from Unsubmitting to Submitting over. (To change Submitting over to Unsubmitting, use &quot;Delete&quot; in the operation menu in teacher mode.)<\/li>\n<li>If you enter a score, the status is changed to Submitting over, even when Unsubmitting is specified.<\/li>\n<li>The status of Temporarily preservation or Submitting after time limit cannot be changed to Submitting over.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/li>\n<li>Upload the CSV file in which you have entered necessary data. Select [CSV Upload] and click <button>Go<\/button>.\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/teacher_en\/data\/6-5-3_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"364\" \/><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>When the CSV Upload window appears, click <button>\u53c2\u7167 (Browse)<\/button>and specify the file in which you have entered necessary data.
