{"id":4837,"date":"2022-12-28T13:58:51","date_gmt":"2022-12-28T04:58:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wnpspt.waseda.jp\/teacher_en\/wsdmoodle\/?p=4837"},"modified":"2023-02-16T10:03:44","modified_gmt":"2023-02-16T01:03:44","slug":"16-04-registering-user-for-regular-course","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wnpspt.waseda.jp\/teacher_en\/wsdmoodle\/2022\/12\/28\/16-04-registering-user-for-regular-course\/","title":{"rendered":"16-04.Registering user for regular course"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Overview<br \/>\nThis is the application procedure to register a user (TA or guest) for a regular course in WasedaMoodle.<\/h3>\n<dl class=\"memo\">\n<dt><\/dt>\n<dt>memo<\/dt>\n<dd>Please keep the following points in mind when submitting your application.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<ul>\n<li>Users can register for regular courses with the following four authorizations.<br \/>\n\uff11\uff0e\u30b3\u30fc\u30c1\/coach<br \/>\n\uff12\uff0eTA\/teaching-assistant<br \/>\n\uff13\uff0e\u6388\u696d\u4e8b\u52d9\u88dc\u52a9\u8005\/administrative-assistant<br \/>\n\uff14\uff0e\u30a8\u30af\u30b9\u30bf\u30fc\u30ca\u30eb\u30e6\u30fc\u30b6\/external-user<\/p>\n<dl class=\"reference\">\n<dt>Refer to:<\/dt>\n<dd>Click here to see what you can do with each authority.<br \/>\n\u21d2<a href=\"https:\/\/wnpspt.waseda.jp\/teacher_en\/wsdmoodle\/2020\/03\/26\/16-04\/\">16-05.Access privileges of each user<br \/>\n<\/a><\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/li>\n<li>You can register individual users (multiple users can be registered together).<br \/>\n(Registration by condition cannot be done as in the case of non-degree courses.)<\/li>\n<li>Your application will be reflected in Moodle the day after you submit it.<\/li>\n<li>You can only apply for courses that you are in charge of (courses that will appear in the search).<br \/>\n*Officials can search and apply for all courses under the jurisdiction of their office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>Application procedure<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the eligible application form from MyWaseda.\n<dl class=\"reference\">\n<dt>Refer to:<\/dt>\n<dd>\u21d2<a href=\"https:\/\/wnpspt.waseda.jp\/teacher_en\/wsdmoodle\/2020\/01\/28\/16-00\/\">16-00.Outline of application and access to application form<br \/>\n<\/a><\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/li>\n<li>Enter the necessary search criteria and click [Search].<br \/>\n*You can search only for your own subject. The surgery you are in charge of will not be displayed.<br \/>\n*Faculty members do not need to change the &#8220;Administrative Location&#8221;.
