We do not collect a &#8220;pledge&#8221; from users, but we ask that they understand the following compliance requirements before using the site. Please respond to the following.<\/p>\n<dl class=\"reference\">\n<dt>Refer to:<\/dt>\n<dd><a href=\"https:\/\/waseda.app.box.com\/file\/664442406940?s=44dryutweesz19m543gx6veg2w2f683x\">Compliance for WasedaMoodle usage<\/a><\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Who can apply<\/strong><br \/>\nOnly full-time faculty and staff are eligible to submit this application. If you are not a full-time faculty member, please consult with a full-time faculty member in the relevant area.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Handling of IDs<\/strong><br \/>\n\u30fbIn principle, IDs can only be used during the current fiscal year.<br \/>\nHowever, IDs applied for between 1\/1 and 3\/31 can be used until the end of the following fiscal year.<br \/>\nExample: If you applied on 4\/1\/2020, your ID is valid until 3\/31\/2021.<br \/>\nIf you applied on 1\/1\/2021, it is valid until 3\/31\/2022<br \/>\n*If you are applying in preparation for the next fiscal year, please apply between 1\/1 and 3\/31.<br \/>\n\u30fbThe ID concerned cannot use Waseda Mail.<br \/>\n\u2192Please operate on the premise that you cannot receive emails linked to announcements, etc. on WasedaMoodle.<\/li>\n<li><strong>User Registration for Courses after ID Issuance<\/strong><br \/>\nAfter the ID is issued, you will need to register as a user of the subject using the user number (10-digit number starting with 0000A&#8230;) of the ID in order to use Waseda Moodle. in the global menu<br \/>\n\uff13\uff0eClick on &#8220;Students, Faculty, and Non-Full-time Staff&#8221; in the &#8220;System User ID (Application)&#8221; service menu on the left.<\/p>\n<p>*New applications can be submitted by clicking &#8220;New Application&#8221;
