I would like to send out a simultaneous broadcast e-mail only to a &#8220;select group&#8221; of students who have been pre-created.<\/td>\n<td>\uff0d<\/td>\n<td bgcolor=\"gold\">\u25ce<br \/>\n<a href=\"#3\">\u203b5<\/a><\/td>\n<td bgcolor=\"gold\">\u25ce<br \/>\n<a href=\"#3\">\u203b6<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>4. I want to be contacted by an individual student. I want to receive pinpoint contact from a student to a faculty member.<\/td>\n<td bgcolor=\"gold\">\u25ce<br \/>\n<a href=\"#4\">\u203b7<\/a><\/td>\n<td>\uff0d<\/td>\n<td>\uff0d<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>5. I want to contact the student &#8220;as soon as possible and with certainty&#8221;. We want to confirm that each student has read (read) the content of the transmission.<\/td>\n<td>\uff0d<\/td>\n<td>\uff0d<br \/>\n<a href=\"#8\">\u203b13<\/a><\/td>\n<td>\uff0d<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>Supplementary explanation<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"1\">1. I want to send information to all students at the same time (no need for replies or reactions from students).\u203b1 The time lag before the student can review it should be taken into account.<br \/>\nA &#8220;submission notification&#8221; can be sent to students at the same time as the submission is made.<br \/>\nThe contents of the postings can be set to be compulsorily subscribed to by the students.<br \/>\nThe display period can be set.<br \/>\n\u203b2 Whether or not the student reads it, there is no need to consider the delay in incoming calls &#8230; .<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"2\">2. We would like to send out a simultaneous email to all students in the class (we would also like to share questions from students about this email with all students in the class).\u203b3 The &#8220;Discussion feature&#8221; is restricted and students cannot post replies. Please use the forum.<br \/>\n\u203b4 There is no equivalent to a &#8220;discussion function.&#8221;<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"3\">\n<p>3. I would like to send out a simultaneous broadcast e-mail only to a &#8220;select group&#8221; of students who have been pre-created among the enrolled students.\u203b5 Information can be sent out to specific groups by setting the group mode in the module common settings to &#8220;Separate Groups&#8221;.<\/p>\n<dl class=\"reference\">\n<dt>Refer to:<\/dt>\n<dd>\u21d2<a href=\"https:\/\/wnpspt.waseda.jp\/teacher_en\/wsdmoodle\/2023\/02\/22\/07-03-create-announcement-by-group\/\">07-03.Create group-based announcements<\/a><\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<p>\u203b6 The students included in the group must be identified in advance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"4\">4. I would like to receive pinpoint contact to an individual student. I would like to receive pinpoint contact from a student to a faculty member.\u203b7 It is used for one-on-one interaction with the student.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"5\">5. We would like to keep a record of past transmissions so that students can review them later.\u203b8 You can check past outgoing messages within the displayed period.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"6\">6. We want to contact students &#8220;as quickly and reliably as possible&#8221;.\u203b9 Use it to convey information (whether or not the student reads it) in a 1:1 exchange with the student.<br \/>\n\u203b10 We do not know if each student has lectured on the subject.<br \/>\n\u203b11This is only if you want to send the information to &#8220;all students&#8221;.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"7\">7.
