\n\u201cFolder\u201d function is a function that allows you to put contents such as files and links together in each section.<\/span><\/h3>\n

The procedure for creating \u201cFolder\u201d is described below.<\/a><\/span> <\/a><\/p>\n

Create a folder by drag-and-drop<\/span><\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Prepare multiple files you want to upload as one zip file in advance.<\/li>\n
  2. Start course editing mode.\n
    \n
    Refer to:<\/span><\/b><\/dt>\n
    \u21d205-01.Start and end editing of course content
    \n<\/a><\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/li>\n
  3. Drag-and-drop the zip file directly to the course section.
    \n    \"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. Choose [Unzip files and create folder] and click [Upload].
    \n    \"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. The folder is added to the course.
    \n    \"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  6. If you open the folder, it appears as shown below. The name of the zip file is automatically entered in the title and description.

    Hierarchy of folders cannot be done by drag-and-drop on a course. To create a hierarchical structure, create a hierarchical folder in advance and upload it.<\/span><\/dd>\n

    Example) If you want to put \u201cReferences\u201d folder in \u201cLecture materials\u201d folder, prepare and upload \u201cLecture materials folder as shown below. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Create a new folder on a course<\/span><\/h4>\n

    1. Start course editing mode.\n

    2. Click [Add an activity or resource].

    4. Enter a title in \u201cName\u201d and add a file by drag-and-drop. Multiple files can be added.

    5. Added files are displayed.
      \n      \"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
    6. Click [Save and return to course]. The folder is added to the course.

    7. If you open the folder, it appears as follows.

      \nYou can also create a folder and add files in it.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Display folder content<\/th>\nIt can be set either displaying on a separate page or displaying inline on a course page.<\/p>\n

      If \u201cShow subfolders expanded\u201d is enabled, subfolders are expanded by default.<\/p>\n

      If \u201cShow download folder button\u201d is enabled, a button for downloading the contents of the folder as a zip file is displayed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
