<\/span>\u201cAssignment\u201d function is a function to assign and receive reports. You can provide feedback and evaluation on the reports submitted by students. You can also check the similarity between websites and submitted reports using Turnitin (<\/span><\/span>Check function for p<\/span><\/span>lagiarism).<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

              \u30fbSetting the ‘Out of period submission date and time’ is mandatory even if out-of-period submissions are not permitted.
              \nIf you do not allow out-of-period submissions, you must set the same date and time as the ‘End date and time’ as the ‘Out-of-period submission date and time’.
              \n\u30fbThe concept of the end date and time differs slightly from that of Course N@vi.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

              5. \u201cSubmission types,\u201d set whether to allow submission by text input or by file\u00a0upload<\/span><\/span>.               \nIf [Feedback comments] is enabled, the marker can leave feedback comments for each submission.

              Note<\/dt>\n
              When \u201cAllowed attempts\u201d setting in Submission settings is set to a value other than 1, a submission may be automatically marked as Reopened after each attempt (see note below), allowing the next submission.
              \nUnless you expect all students to repeat the full cycle of submission and grading multiple times during the submission period, it is recommended to set \u201cAllowed attempts\u201d to 1.
              \nEven when this setting is 1, students can still resubmit as many times as they wish until the cut\u2011off date.
              \nNote: When a submission is reopened, the submission file(s), grade, and feedback comments may be removed from the list view.
              \nThere is no method to bulk\u2011revert reopened submissions to their previous state or to display them collectively.

            5. 7. If <\/span><\/span>\u201c<\/span><\/span>Notify graders about submissions\u201d in \u201cNotifications\u201d<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>is enabled, teachers receive a message when a student submits an assignment.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>

              \n8. C<\/span><\/span>heck the similarity between a student\u2019s submission and the enormous amount of existing information (check for plagiarism). To use this function, choose \u201cYes\u201d for \u201cEnable Turnitin\u201d<\/span><\/span>

              <\/span>I<\/span><\/span>f \u201cBlind marking\u201d to be set to [Yes], the name of the student will not be shown to the grader. The grader\u00a0<\/span><\/span>performs<\/span><\/span>\u00a0the assessment with the student\u2019s name hidden.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>

              \nTo reflect grades in the grade report, when using the marking workflow, the status must be set to “Released”.
              \nIf not using the marking workflow, the grade will be reflected in the grade report after it is saved.
              \nAdditionally, when using the marking workflow system, TAs cannot select the status as Released, so even if they modify the grade, it will remain in an incomplete status unless the teacher sets it to “Released”.<\/p>\n

              If you do not want to disclose the grades to the students, you can import the grading results into the grading sheet to reflect them in the grades.
              \n(1) TAs grade the work.
              \n(2) Teachers download the ‘Grading Worksheet’ on the ‘Assignment’ content.
              \n(3) Teachers download the ‘Grading Report’ on the ‘Grading’ screen.
              \n(4) The grades in (2) are linked to the student number in (3) and updated using the VLOOKUP function, and the ‘Grade Report’ is imported.<\/p>\n

              10.Click [Save and return to course]. The assignment is added to the course.

              \n\u30fbThe assignment submission deadlines are displayed as shown above.
              \n\u30fbThe number of students who have submitted the assignment can be displayed for courses with less than 200 students.<\/p>\n

              11.When you open an assignment, it will be displayed as follows.

                Instructions for downloading the assignment<\/h4>\n

                The following are the steps to download submitted “assignments”.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

                1. View the issue and click the “All Submissions” tab at the top.

                2. Check the checkboxes to the left of the students for whom you want to download the assignments. If you check the [Select] checkbox, all the students in the list will be checked.<\/p>\n

                3. Click the “Download” tab at the bottom of the screen.

                \n4. Unzip the zip file that will be downloaded. Your submissions will be given the following file names.<\/p>\n
