    1. Open assignments to grade. The number of participants(students) and submitted assignments are displayed.
      \nClick the “Grade” button.

    2. A list of participants of the assignment is now displayed. You can see submission status and grade of each student. Click [Grade] of a student you want to grade.
      \n\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
    3. Enter a grade. If the assignment has been set to feedback, you can give the student feedback.

    4. Before saving, set whether to notify the student by e-mail. To notify, check to [Notify students], and then click [Save changes].

      Note<\/span><\/b><\/dt>\n
      When a grade is \u201creleased\u201d in the grading workflow, the student will be notified by email that the grade is complete. If it is not \u201creleased,\u201d the grade and feedback will not be made available to the student and will not be reflected in the grade.

      If a submission is unintentionally set to \u201cReopened,\u201d click \u201cView a different attempt\u201d on the individual grading page to check the submission before it was reopened.
      \nPlease note that there is no way to revert multiple reopened submissions back to their pre-reopened state, nor to display them collectively.

    5. Now the grade is saved.

    6. You can change to other students with \u25b6. Also, if you click [View all submissions], you will go back to the list of the participants for the assignment.\"\"<\/a>\n

      Please note that if you set a usage period in the “Usage restrictions” section when setting up an assignment, you will also not be able to check the “Feedback comments and files” for your students.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
