With random questions, the questions appear at random each time a student takes the quiz.
\nAs a prerequisite, you need to create a category with \u201cQuestion bank\u201d function and put each question in the category. <\/span><\/p>\n

Here is the procedure to create random questions.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Start course editing mode.\n

  2. Create a quiz\n

  3. Choose \u201ca random question\u201d on editing quiz screen.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. Choose \u201cCategory\u201d to use, specify \u201cNumber of random questions,\u201d and click [Add random question].
    \nIn the example, one of the two questions in the category named \u201cCategory 1\u201d is set to appear at random.    \"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. The random question is now created.\"\"<\/a>\n

    When you get the error message “There are not enough questions in category XXXXXX to create the question \u30e9\u30f3\u30c0\u30e0 (category name) (YYYYYYYY).” when previewing a quiz, it means that all the questions in the category you selected for the random question (“Category 1” in the example above) have already been added to the quiz (i.e., the randomized questions will result in duplicate questions).
    \nIn order to resolve the error, please remove the added or random questions so that there are no duplicate questions.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
