However, only videos that are expected to remain in use will be migrated.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, videos meeting either of the following conditions will be included in the migration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Videos currently used as On-Demand Videos in regular courses offered in AY2023 or later, and in non-regular courses (including Trial course) regardless of academic year.<\/li>\n<li>Videos uploaded to the Media\u00a0List on or after April 1, 2023, even if they are not currently used as On-Demand Videos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The scope of videos included in and excluded from the migration is summarized below.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Videos Included in the Migration<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Videos currently used as On-Demand Videos<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6580 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/wnpspt.waseda.jp\/teacher_en\/wsdmoodle\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2026\/07\/millviupgrade_7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"719\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wnpspt.waseda.jp\/teacher_en\/wsdmoodle\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2026\/07\/millviupgrade_7.png 719w, https:\/\/wnpspt.waseda.jp\/teacher_en\/wsdmoodle\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2026\/07\/millviupgrade_7-300x70.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 719px) 100vw, 719px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Videos not currently used as On-Demand Videos<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6579 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/wnpspt.waseda.jp\/teacher_en\/wsdmoodle\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2026\/07\/millviupgrade_8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"579\" height=\"108\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wnpspt.waseda.jp\/teacher_en\/wsdmoodle\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2026\/07\/millviupgrade_8.png 579w, https:\/\/wnpspt.waseda.jp\/teacher_en\/wsdmoodle\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2026\/07\/millviupgrade_8-300x56.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 579px) 100vw, 579px\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Videos Excluded from the Migration<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>(1) Videos used as On-Demand Videos in regular-course sites offered in AY2022 or earlier (<em>see Note 1<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p>(2) Videos that are not currently used as On-Demand Videos and were uploaded to the Media\u00a0List on or before March 31, 2023<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note 1:<\/strong><br \/>\nTo maintain consistency with &#8220;Waseda Moodle data evacuation (archiving)&#8221;\u00a0introduced in AY2024, this upgrade will migrate only data from the most recent four academic years.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, videos used as On-Demand Videos in courses that had been archived could still be accessed through the Media\u00a0List.
