Q1 The application does not appear.
A1 The application can only be used by those who can display the financial system menu on MyWaseda.
If you cannot use the application even though the financial system menu is displayed, please contact us using the inquiry form below.

Q2 An error message is displayed, but I do not know the cause of the error.
A2 We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us using the inquiry form.
Q3 “Please update to the latest information” is displayed.
A3 Please click the “Update to the latest information” button at the top of the screen to use the latest version.
Q4 The application is slow.
A4 Due to specifications, it takes about 8 seconds to move from the home screen to the screen for creating expense requests.
The transition from the list of expense requests to the expense request details screen may take 5 to 10 seconds depending on the number and size of attached files.
Q5 Can I operate the system from my smartphone?
A5 Although this does not prevent the use of smartphones, it is not recommended (some models are not compatible).
Q6 What is a division code?
A6 A division code is one of the components of a budget control unit. It is a 10-digit code consisting of “K + 2-digit division code + F + 6-digit faculty number.
Q7 What is a project / research project code?
A7 It is one of the components of the budget management unit. It is a 12-digit budget management unit and represents the purpose of the budget. A7] A proposal code is a 12-digit budget management unit that indicates the purpose of the budget.
Q8 What is a “Submitted to”?
A8 It is the research fund management location that handles the financial resource (Division + research / project research code) set in the application (A01 Expenditure Request Application System).
Q9 I get an error message that the file name is too long.
A9 Due to system specifications, file names can be no longer than 63 double-byte characters and 223 single-byte characters.
Please change the file name before attaching the file.
Q10 An error occurred when I tried to attach multiple files at once.
A10 Due to system specifications, we are unable to detect only error files.
Please attach each file individually if an error occurs when attaching a batch of files.
Q11 I dragged and dropped a file into the “Attachment” field, but it was not uploaded.
A11 Please drop the file into the solid line on the left side of the electronic file/voucher name column.
Q12 Can I use attach a ZIP file?
A12 Electronic files in PDF, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, JPEG, GIF, and PNG formats can be attached.
If you have received a file with an extension other than those listed above, please change it to a format that allows attachment.
Q13 I closed the application window before the application was completed. What happens to the application?
A13 The application will not be processed. The application will not be processed. Please try again from the application input screen.
Q14 Does the system support English?
A14 Switch the button of “select language” to English on the home screen at right upper side.
Q15 “You are not included in the Dateverse security group required for this application environment.” This message is displayed.
A15 Even if this message appears, the application can still be used, so please continue to use it. We are currently investigating the cause. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
