1-2-3. Application for Secretarial User (Application for Delegate)
In the following cases, a secretarial user application can be used to make the disbursement request application go more smoothly.
For example）
- An administrative staff member (Secretarial User) belonging to the laboratory will act on behalf of the faculty member.
- Another faculty member (Secretarial User) acts on behalf of the user.
Secretarial users are granted the authority to act on behalf of the faculty member in charge (the same authority as the faculty member in charge) in the financial system. After the operation of the accounting application is started, the secretary user will also be able to apply for expenditure requests on behalf of the faculty member using the accounting application.

※If a secretarial user application has already been executed and you are already registered as a secretary, you do not need to reapply.
