06-03-02. Calculating the result of a questionnaire

The answers to the created questionnaire are counted up. After the questionnaire is answered, the answering status and result of calculation can be checked.
Use the display selection tabs to switch between the "Status" and "Summary" windows.

Checking the answering status

  1. Check the answering status in the Status window.

  2. In the Status window, you can also change "Returned" to "Not Returned" and download the answers in the CSV format.
    • Change the status to not returned: Change "Returned" to "Not Returned."
      Check the checkbox of the target, select [Delete], and click .
    • Download answer CSV: Download the answers in the CSV format.
      Check the checkbox of the target, select [Download CSV], and click .

Checking the Total result

In the Summary window, you can check the calculation result of the answers to the questionnaire (number of respondents to each question and the response rate).

Clicking in the Summary window downloads the calculation result in the CSV format.
