Making an Inquiry from the Web Site

To send an inquiry about editing syllabus from the Web site, click Contact at the top right of the Edit window. This takes you to the contact window, enabling you to send an inquiry.

In principle, the IT – Help Desk responds to your inquiry 24 hours a day, but please note that it may take a few days to reply depending on the contents of your inquiry.

Making an Inquiry by Telephone or Face-to-Face

The “Waseda Portal Office” handles inquiries made in either way.

* Business hours may differ from the description above on Saturdays in the spring holiday season and in the entrance examination period.
