Course N@vi has e-mail sending functions.
You can send e-mail from multiple functions of "Information," "Report," "Quiz," "Class summary," and "Discussion." Read about the features of these functions before using them.

Private Inbox messages

The profile window allows you to send private inbox messages to any student. There is no need to manage e-mail addresses or check individual addresses one by one when typing them. You can also send messages without disclosing your e-mail address. Use this feature as a way of communication with students.

Automatic e-mail sending functions

Both teachers and students can receive a notice by e-mail when a comment is made on any of the items they have entered. Students can also receive e-mail confirming that your answers to a quiz, your report, or your answer to a questionnaire has been accepted appropriately.

Quiz
  • E-mail by notice registration
    You can have a "notice" registered automatically at the same time you create a "quiz," "report," or "questionnaire."
    If you select "Post an announcement about the Quiz? (sent an e-mail as well) " in the process, e-mail will automatically be sent to students indicating that a "quiz," "report," or "questionnaire" has been created.

  • Submitted item confirmation e-mail
    Email is sent to indicate that a submitted report, answers to a quiz, etc. have been accepted appropriately.
  • Notice of reply e-mail
    E-mail is sent to indicate that there is a comment on a submitted report.

    Whether to send the notice of reply e-mail and submitted item confirmation e-mail is determined by the setting by the student.
  • Reminder e-mail
    E-mail is sent to indicate that there is an unmarked report after the set reference date is reached.
