There has been a specification update in Moodle. The main change is as follows:
Main Feature Addition and Improvement
Addition of Accessibility Adjustment Feature
Users can now individually adjust accessibility settings such as font size, font style, and background color.
Even if an instructor changes settings like font size using this feature, it will not affect how the content is displayed for enrolled students.
These settings can be accessed and modified by clicking the accessibility icon, represented by a human-shaped silhouette.
