Things to prepare before class
In order to take an online class, please have the following environment ready before the class starts.
- Please prepare a laptop or tablet. Most smartphones can also be used to access the site, but due to the small size of the screen, it may be difficult to see the materials presented by the instructor or the whiteboard. Also, please refer to this link for the recommended environment for Waseda Moodle.
- If your laptop, tablet, or smartphone does not have a camera function, please prepare a webcam as well. The instructor may ask you to confirm your attendance or to show your face when you make a presentation.
- A headset with a microphone makes it easier to hear and speak, but it is not required.
