The course registration guides are distributed at the beginning of the academic year by each School/Graduate School. In some cases, these are also available on their websites.

These are available at the offices of each school or at the Waseda Portal Office.
It contains an outline of the University-wide Open Courses offered by the Global Education Center(GEC) and the Center for International Education(CIE), as well as registration procedures and precautions.
●【For Graduate School Students】Common Courses among Different Graduate Schools/ Courses Open to Graduate School Students
Course Registration Guide for Graduate Students is posted on the website of the Global Education Center(GEC).
●Japanese Language Course Registration Guidebook
It is available at the Center for Japanese Language (CJL) office or in PDF format on their web page.
It contains information on the course registration schedule, Japanese language proficiency test, rules for registering courses, etc. If you wish to take Japanese language courses at Waseda University, please read these carefully before selecting courses.
The “Course List” is the list of courses with their course categories and the eligible year. It is distributed at the beginning of the academic year by each school, or it is made available on the website.
Depending on the School /Graduate School/Center, the “Course List” may be included with the “Course Registration Guide”.
