Features of the Waseda Portal Office (WPO)

The Waseda Portal Office (WPO) was established as a general information desk for students. The Waseda Portal Office provides a variety of services, such as course registration consultation for University-wide open courses offered by the Global Education Center (GEC), consultation for PC problems and general IT use, information on the use of facilities such as W Space, and handling inquiries about lost items. There are student staff members who can offer advice from the perspective of a student, so feel free to visit them.

The Waseda Portal Office also operates “Talk Anywhere,” a consultation service for Waseda University students run by student staff, and “Kohai Navi,” an official university project in which students and university administrators collaborate to plan and provide various services for new students. We will continue to plan and materialize new services from a university-wide perspective, so please keep your eyes on us.
