06_Transcripts and Other Certificates Related to Grades/Degree Completion

This section explains the details on certificates related to grades and graduation (completion), issued by the University. Please check the “Issuable Certificate and Issuable Period ” and “Courses to be Included on Certificates” and use each certificate according to its intended purpose.
Please note that in this section, we only introduce university-wide issuable certificates. We also describe certificates that are not issued to current students and those that can be issued after graduation (completion). For more information on how to request certificates for current students, please refer to “Certificate Request”.

*After the first grade announcement date following enrollment.
*The latest grades will be reflected from the day the grades are announced.
2) Transcript of Academic Record and Certificate of Expected Graduation (Completion)
Students who are in the final year of their standard course of study, with one of the following screening results: “Expected Graduation (Completion) (March)” or “Expected Graduation (Completion) (September)”. ●Certificate based on spring semester’s course registration result: After June 1
●Certificate based on fall semester’s course registration result: After November 10

*There are periods when this certificate cannot temporarily be issued, such as during the graduation (completion) screening process. For more details, please contact the office of your school/graduate school.

4) Transcript of Academic Record/GPA Current students and Alumni
*Only for those who enrolled after the academic year 2010

5) Transcript of Academic Record and Certificate of Graduation (Completion)
Alumni After the 15th of the month in which graduation (completion) is determined (March 15 or September 15)
6) Certificate of Graduation (Completion) Alumni After the 15th of the month in which graduation (completion) is determined (March 15 or September 15)
7) Grade Report Guardian etc. This is to notify your guardian etc. of your grades and course registration status, and is not issued to students.

*”N” means the grade is transferred from studying abroad, etc. It is used only in some schools.
*You can check your GPA from 4) Transcript of Academic Record/GPA, 7) Grade Report Card (to your guardian) or “Credit Report” on the “Grade Report” screen.
